As kids begin the new school year, homework and tests become the new normal. And many people, both adults and kids, feel some anxiety before taking a test. A little bit of anxiety may be helpful by keeping a person sharp and focused, but for some kids, test anxiety impacts them so much that they do poorly on tests.

Test anxiety can turn into a vicious cycle causing poor performance and even more anxiety. Here are some tips on how to help children do their best on tests and how to help them cope with test anxiety.
